All I got was multiple keyboards with the same name, which all appear when I click on ‘language preferences’, but not in the language bar. I tried installing a similar one with a similar name (because I remembered a character I wanted to add but could no longer edit the one I had installed). I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled MSKLC twice. I’ve moved the folder with the above files to C:\Temp. I’ve tried installing and uninstalling it. I can only see the ‘normal’ Hebrew layout, not the one I made. The problem is that when I click on the language bar, I don’t see the layout I made: I managed to resolve this issue only halfway by reinstalling the programme in C:\Temp and renaming the layout with only alphanumeric characters.
